Shawn Corey Carter better known by his stage name Jay Z is an American rapper and a business man. He is an embodiment of rags to riches dream. He was born on December 4th 1969 in Brooklyn, New York. He was the last of four children. His father abandoned him at the age of 12. He also shot his Brother in the shoulder for stealing his Jewellery. He had a tough adolescence while he became a self supporting youth.
