I've seen weight-loss aids on the shelves at my local store claiming that this is among the great benefits of green tea, and they have put this green tea straight into their product. Furthermore, I saw a gum made from green tea, that was supposed to help suppress your appetite between meals. I don't know whether green tea aids, but I know that gum between meals can indeed stop you from eating. That is much more of a psychological thing than anything else though.

It won't matter should you believe the benefits of green tea are good for you or not. The great thing about green tea is the fact that it surely will not harm you if you drink it. If the only benefits of green tea are that you are relaxed and calm each evening, and perhaps it is certainly worth the trouble you may go to.
